Working Principle

High-speed impact grinding with precision screen filtration and integrated dust control — delivering clean, consistent output every time.

High-Speed Impact Grinding

Material enters the grinding chamber where high-speed hammers or beaters strike it repeatedly against the liners, reducing it into finer particles through impact.

Wizard Blade Classification

The Wizard Blade creates controlled airflow inside the chamber and continuously circulates the material. Finer particles are carried forward, while coarser particles remain in the grinding zone for further size reduction.

Fine Product Discharge

Once the desired fineness is achieved, the processed material passes through the screen and is discharged through the outlet system for collection.

The Impact Pulveriser operates on the principle of impact grinding and dynamic classification. High-speed beaters reduce the material size through repeated impact, while the Wizard Blade generates internal airflow that continuously classifies and recirculates particles within the grinding chamber.

This process ensures finer particle size distribution, higher grinding efficiency, and consistent product quality across a wide range of applications.
